Paying was super easy and everything went through without any issues. it was straightforward, so yeah... no complaints here.

The coins themselves were nice and I didn’t have any issue with the quality, but I’d warn others to pay close attention to the resale and buyback info before buying. The buyback option is there, but it wasn’t as clear or easy to understand as I expected. Overall, not a bad experience, but I do think they could explain the process a lot better.

I’ll admit I wasn’t totally thrilled about ordering metals online, and I was kind of waiting for something to go sideways. But Scottsdale Mint actually handled it well. They sent order updates, the shipping had tracking, and everything arrived the way it was supposed to. No odd issues or surprises, which I appreciated. I guess I’d order from them again.

Not gonna lie, I was a bit let down by the quality. I expected it to be better, but it just didn’t really meet my expectations...

I can’t say much beyond my first impression, but it showed up looking like it was packed really well. Nothing seemed damaged from what I could tell, so I’m happy with that so far

I’ve ordered from Scottsdale Mint a few times now, the promos do make a difference. Who doesn’t like saving a little extra when you’re already planning to buy? The loyalty rewards are a nice bonus too, and checkout was simple enough. No real complaints from me.

I might be spoiled by the outsourcing quality of Hatton's of London and the US Mint because when opened my package containing a gold coin and 5 oz silver coin my heart sunk. I let the sour experience of the ordering process, 1 out of 5 customer service get behind me as well as a 5 week wait for delivery.The packaging is shoddy. My packaging for eBay sales has them beat. Then I opened the coins. The design on the website looks like detailed art pieces. In real life, they look like knock-offs. Flat devices and underwhelming main designs. The coins are shiny, no where near proof-like. Uncirculated coins from the Royal mint and Canadian mint are closer to proof. Everything about this order is lazy. They clearly do not care about their private customers or the quality of the products they mint themselves. To top it off I have another order I'm waiting for. Oh Joy. Never again.

Customer service replied fairly quickly and walked me through what I needed to do. After they received the return, the refund showed up without any issues. Looking back, I’d say the whole process was simple and hassle-free.

At first glance, the site looks clean and the product photos definitely caught my attention. I found myself mostly focusing on those and kind of tuning out the rest. But once I started clicking around, especially on mobile, some pages felt a bit crowded and a little outdated. It’s not a bad design by any means, but it could be easier to scan through. Overall, it’s okay, just not super impressive

My coins did show up, and yeah, most of the order was right. But one of the items was the wrong year from what I picked, which was kind of annoying. Support did fix it, so that was good, it just took a little while. Not a terrible experience or anything, but i expected them to check the order a bit better before shipping it out.

4 stars from me. I had a good experience browsing Scottsdale Mint overall. They’ve got a nice mix of silver bars, coins, and some designs that feel a little different from what you see everywhere else. It actually took me a while to pick something because there was so much to look through, but that’s not a bad problem to have. The site was simple enough to use, and I’d definitely check back again.

I placed an order with Scottsdale Mint and then quickly realized I needed to cancel it. I thought I was going to be stuck dealing with a whole back-and-forth thing, or at least some awkward questions.

i expected it to be annoying, but it wasn’t, well, I guess I was ready to be annoyed, and then they just handled it. Support got back to me and helped get everything sorted without making a big deal out of it.

I really appreciated that. Sometimes plans change, and it’s nice dealing with a company that doesn’t make you feel bad for changing your mind

The tax reporting was actually clear and easy to understand, with no guessing involved. i’m annoyed because this proves it doesn’t have to be confusing, so I blame all the other platforms for making this stuff such a headache.
